All About Los Amantes Joven Mezcal

Los Amantes mezcal is an artisanal spirit made from 100% agave grown in Oaxaca [wah-ha-cah], Mexico’s premium mezcal region. Traditional underground pit-smoking and triple distillation gives this mezcal exceptional smoothness and complexity. Because of its unique and exquisite character, mezcal is compared with the finest spirits of the world.

Tasting Notes

A unique joven mezcal, distilled in detail three times. Maintains the characteristics of our doubly distilled mezcals but expressed in a more subtle way, they are identifiable fruity and slight smoky tones; citrus, sweet tastes (cooked agave) are appreciated, in the end the notes are slightly metallic and herbaceous.
